The ideal education is to cultivate real people so that everyone who has been trained can live a happy life.This is the eternal and ultimate value that education should pursue.As a head teacher,in the practice of class management,he should experience with the whole class,discover happiness,act with emotion,create happiness,promote the heart with emotion,watch happiness.In the process of unremitting pursuit,teacher should inspire students with class training,guide and enlighten students with examples,encourage students with goal quantitative management,and warm students with the help of peers,teachers and students can create happiness together.
