摘要
中学教师这一职业所产生的影响重要而深远,其在处理家庭与工作关系时面临的压力与平衡问题不容小觑。文章致力于厘清并界定中学教师工作—家庭冲突的相关概念,探究二者冲突过程中的影响因素及其作用机制,对工作与家庭冲突可能造成的后果进行阐述,并在此基础上给出具有针对性的对策建议,具有较高的学术参考价值。
The influence of middle school teachers is important and far-reaching,the pressure and balance problems they face in dealing with the relationship between family and work can not be underestimated.This paper is committed to clarifying and defining the relevant concepts of middle school teachers'work family conflict,exploring the influencing factors and their action mechanism in the process of their conflict,expounding the possible consequences of work family conflict,and giving targeted countermeasures and suggestions on this basis,which has high academic reference value.
