高职“工程量清单计价及实训”课程实践教学改革研究

Research on Practical Teaching Reform of "Bill ofQuantities Valuation and Practical Training" Course in Higher Vocational Education

随着建设行业的发展,工程造价专业的核心能力课程也要紧跟技术的发展、进步不断创新,以满足新形势下工程造价行业对信息化人才高实践能力的要求。文章基于国内外该专业的现状分析,重点探究“工程量清单计价及实训”课程实践教学的内容架构、教学模式、教学方法和手段,从而有效提高学生的工程量清单计价实践能力。

With the development of the construction industry,the core competence curriculum of the engineering cost specialty should also keep up with the development and progress of technology and innovate constantly,so as to meet the requirements of the engineering cost industry for the high practical ability of information talents under the new situation.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the major at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the content structure,teaching mode,teaching methods and means of the practical teaching of"bill of quantities valuation and practical training",so as to effectively improve the students'practical ability of bill of quantities valuation.
