摘要
为探讨不同钢渣粉掺量对混凝土力学性能及耐久性能的影响,通过将钢渣粉等量替代10%、20%、30%的水泥制备成3组不同钢渣粉的混凝土试块,并分别对其进行抗压强度、抗折强度、加速碳化、抗冻性、水化热等试验,得出以下结论:1)随着钢渣粉掺量的增大,混凝土拌合料的坍落度逐渐增大;2)随着钢渣粉掺量的增大,混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度及相对动弹性模量呈先增大后减小变化,而碳化深度则呈先减小后增大变化;3)适宜掺量的钢渣粉有利于增强混凝土的力学性能、抗碳化性能和抗冻耐久性能,最佳钢渣粉掺量宜为10%。
In order to explore the influence of different steel slag powder content on the mechanical properties and durability of concrete, three groups of concrete blocks with different steel slag powder were prepared by replacing 10%,20% and 30% of cement with the same amount of steel slag powder.The compressive strength, flexural strength, accelerated carbonization, frost resistance and hydration heat of the concrete blocks were tested respectively, and the following conclusions were drawn: 1) With the increase of steel slag powder content, the slump of concrete mixture increased gradually;2) with the increase of steel slag powder content, the compressive strength, flexural strength and relative dynamic elastic modulus of concrete first increase and then decrease, while the carbonization depth first decreases and then increases;3) appropriate amount of steel slag powder is beneficial to enhance the mechanical properties, carbonation resistance, frost resistance and durability of concrete, and the optimum content of steel slag powder is 10%.
