节流对立管内流型及压降变化影响的数值研究

摘要 严重段塞流是海洋立管系统的一种有害流型,消除段塞流的危害是降低海管运行风险的关键。基于CLSVOF算法建立了立管气水两相流动控制方程,针对节流消除段塞危害的工艺特性,数值模拟了段塞流流经节流部件前后的流型及压降变化过程,分析了不同节流度及出口压力对段塞流动的影响。研究表明:节流部件可减小甚至消除严重段塞流,出口压力对系统内流型影响较小。 Severe Slug Flow is a harmful flow pattern in offshore riser system.Eliminating the harm of slug flow is the key to reduce the operation risk of offshore pipeline.Based on clsvof algorithm,the control equation of gas-water two-phase flow in riser is established.According to the process characteristics of throttling to eliminate the harm of slug,the flow pattern and pressure drop before and after slug flow through throttling parts are numerically simulated,and the effects of different throttling degrees and outlet pressure on slug flow are analyzed.The results show that the throttling components can reduce or even eliminate the serious slug flow,and the outlet pressure has little effect on the flow pattern in the system.
