摘要
科威特BURGAN区块石油储量丰富,但受地层结构影响,三个开采井段的钻井难度较高,容易造成钻头严重磨损的同时,出现井斜、结构失稳等问题。为实现有限井位资源高效利用,同时降低石油开采成本,在对BURGAN区块项目特点和各井段情况展开分析的基础上,从井斜控制和钻头选型两方面提出了技术要点,对防斜打快技术应用方法进行了探究。通过科学运用防塌技术和做好钻头、钻具选择,能够成功突破各井段钻井难题,做到低成本、高效率完成石油开采。
Kuwait BURGAN Block is rich in oil reserves,but due to the formation structure,the drilling of the three mining well sections is relatively difficult,which is easy to cause serious drill wear and tear,and problems such as well slope,structural instability,etc.In order to realize the efficient utilization of limited well position resources and reduce the cost of oil exploitation,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the BURGAN block project and the situation of each well section,the technical points from the two aspects of well slope control and drill bit selection are proposed,and the application method of anti-slope strike fast technology is explored.Through the scientific use of anti-collapse technology and the selection of drilling bits and tools,the drilling problems of each well section can be successfully broken through,and the oil mining can be completed at low cost and high efficiency.
