摘要
通过离子色谱法对不同水质中六种阳离子进行定性定量分析,验证该方法色谱条件及特征指标在实验室中的可行性。并探讨了方法注意事项供仪器使用者参考。以ICS600色谱附IonPac CS12A阳离子分离柱,抑制型电导检测器,甲基磺酸为淋洗液,流量为1.0ml/min,相关系数>0.9995,测量不同环境水样加标回收率93.2%~105.2%,与有证标准溶液相对误差1.1%~5.1%。结论离子色谱法分析Li^(+)、Na^(+)、NH_(4)^(+)、K^(+)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)具有速度快、选择性好、灵敏度高等特点。在日常使用中,应注意日常操作避免引进杂质和引起分析结果误差。同时不同离子色谱故障现象由不同是原因造成的,应具体分析排除故障。
To qualitatively and quantitatively analyze six cations in different water quality by ion chromatography,and verify the feasibility of the method’s chromatographic conditions and characteristic indexes in the laboratory.The method precautions are also discussed for the reference of instrument users.ICS600 chromatography with IonPac CS12A cation separation column,suppressed conductivity detector,methanesulfonic acid as eluent,flow rate of 1.0ml/min,correlation coefficient>0.9995,the recovery rate of standard addition of water samples measured in different environments was 93.2%~105.2%,the relative error of 1.1~5.1%with the certified standard solution.Conclusion The analysis of Li^(+),Na^(+),NH_(4)^(+),K^(+),Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+) by ion chromatography has the characteristics of high speed,good selectivity and high sensitivity.In daily use,attention should be paid to daily operations to avoid introducing impurities and causing errors in analysis results.At the same time,different ion chromatograph failure phenomena are caused by different reasons,so the failure should be analyzed and eliminated in detail.
