摘要
石化控制室是石化装置的控制中心,为了确保控制室的安全,防止爆炸冲击波对室内设备和人员的损害,通常设计为抗爆形式。以某抗爆控制室暖通空调系统设计为例,对抗爆控制室的空调设计参数、空调负荷及选型、送风量的确定、气流组织划分、抗爆措施和控制系统联锁等进行了探讨,对设计过程中一些关键参数进行了说明。
Anti explosion control room is the control center of petrochemical plant,In order to ensure the safety of the control room and prevent the damage of explosion shock wave to indoor equipment and personnel,it is usually designed as anti explosion form.Taking the HVAC system design of an anti explosion control room as an example,this paper discusses the air conditioning design parameters,air conditioning load and type selection,determination of air supply volume,air distribution division,anti explosion measures and control system interlocking of anti explosion control room.Some key parameters in the design process are described.
