摘要
化工企业会产生大量凝结水,随着水资源的紧缺,凝结水的回收和利用尤为重要。考虑凝结水中污染物种类不同,工艺处理流程要有针对性,需要采用分质处理。以某化工企业对凝液处理方法的应用状况进行研究和分析,探讨凝结水回用于锅炉的技术路线。结果表明,经过处理后的水质满足符合锅炉补给水水质要求。
A large amount of condensate will be produced in chemical companies.With the shortage of water resources,the recycling and utilization of condensed water is particularly important.Considering the different types of pollutants in the condensate,the process treatment process must be targeted,and qualitative treatment needs to be adopted.This article study and analyze the application status of condensate treatment methods in a chemical company,discuss the technical route of condensate water reuse in boiler.The treated water quality meets the requirements of boiler make-up water quality.
