摘要
氯苯储罐呼吸阀排放氯苯气不但造成物料损失,还会增加后续废气处理系统的运行负荷,增加超标排放的风险,导致污染环境事故发生。降低储罐区氯苯排放是节约资源减少损失的需要,保护大气环境的需要。氯苯气作为一种具有一定毒性的气体,在现有的主流处理工艺中,工厂在处理氯苯气时,大多采用燃烧后碱洗或活性炭纤维(ACF)吸附处理方式;考虑到燃烧过程中存在燃烧不充分,形成新的有毒有害物质,对环境造成二次破坏,因此采用活性炭纤维吸附-蒸汽脱附-冷却再生处理的方式,但也存在吸附效率下降,导致废气超标排放的风险。
