摘要 采用吸附法利用XSC-700树脂从卤水中提取硼,运用控制变量的方法研究了吸附达到平衡所需时间。分析了不同的搅拌速度、温度、pH、树脂的用量对吸附硼效率和吸附量的影响。得出结论:吸附硼达到平衡的时间为4h。吸附硼的最适温度为50℃,随温度的升高,达到吸附平衡的时间缩短;XSC-700树脂对硼的吸附在酸性条件下受pH的影响不大,在碱性条件下,有Mg(OH)_(2)沉淀生成;随着树脂用量的增加,卤水中硼的吸附容量呈下降趋势,但吸附率增加,如要进一步提高卤水中的提硼率,还应加大树脂的用量。 Boron was extracted from brine with XSC-700 resin by adsorption method.The time required for adsorption to reach equilibrium was studied by controlling variables.The effects of different stirring speed,temperature,pH value and resin dosage on boron adsorption efficiency and adsorption capacity were analyzed.It is concluded that the time for adsorbed boron to reach equilibrium is 4 hours.The optimum temperature for boron adsorption is 50℃,and the time to reach adsorption equilibrium decreases with the increase of temperature;The adsorption of boron by XSC-700 resin is not affected by pH under acidic conditions,and Mg(OH)_(2) precipitates under alkaline conditions;With the increase of the amount of resin,the adsorption capacity of boron in brine decreases,but the adsorption rate increases.If you want to further improve the boron extraction rate in brine,you should also increase the amount of resin.
