摘要
测定土壤中有机质的含量可通过测定硫酸亚铁回滴量或被还原后的三价铬吸光值这两种方法来确定重铬酸钾的氧化量,从而测得土壤中有机碳含量,进而计算得出有机质含量。通过对比重铬酸钾氧化-外加热法(容量法)和重铬酸钾氧化-分光光度法的标准分析方法,主要分析了分光光度法的校准曲线,两种方法对有证标样及实际样品的精密度、准确度实验。
To determine the content of organic matter in the soil,two methods can be used to determine the amount of oxidation of potassium dichromate by measuring the amount of ferrous sulfate backdrop or the absorption of trivalent chromium after reduction,so as to measure the content of organic carbon in the soil.And calculate the organic matter content by coefficient.By comparing the standard analysis methods of potassium dichromate oxidation-external heating method(volume method)and potassium dichromate oxidation-spectrophotometry,the calibration curve of the spectrophotometric method is mainly analyzed.The precision and accuracy experiment of samples and actual samples.
