城市生活垃圾处理设施落地现状与对策研究

Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Urban Domestic Waste Treatment Facilities

针对城市生活垃圾处理设施落地难的问题,分析了中国城市生活垃圾的处理现状,并以北京市为例,问卷调研了城市居民对生活垃圾处理设施的看法及意见。调研结果显示,城市生活垃圾处理设施的污染物排放是受访者最为关注的因素,其次是政府监管职能的履行和公众知情权利的行使。提出了具有针对性的对策建议,以实现城市生活垃圾处理设施的顺利落地建设运营。

Aiming at the problem of difficult landing of municipal solid waste treatment facilities,this paper analyzes the current situation of municipal solid waste treatment in China,and takes Beijing as an example to investigate the views and opinions of urban residents on municipal solid waste treatment facilities.The survey results show that the pollutant emission of municipal solid waste treatment facilities is the most concerned factor of the respondents,followed by the performance of government regulatory functions and the exercise of the public’s right to know.This paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,which will be beneficial to the smooth construction and operation of urban domestic waste treatment facilities.
