摘要
在简述奥司他韦功能的基础上,从基于天然产物为原料的合成工艺、基于非天然产物为原料的合成工艺、五步反应一锅法这三方面入手,阐述了奥司他韦的常用合成方法。在此基础上,对最优炔硒醚氢芳化反应条件以及反应底物的拓展进行了探究。
Based on the brief description of the functionality of oseltamivir,this paper expounds the main contents of the common synthetic methods of oseltamivir from three aspects:the synthetic process based on natural products,the synthetic process based on non natural products and the five step reaction one pot method.On this basis,the optimal reaction conditions of hydrogen aromatization of alkyne selenide and the expansion of reaction substrate were explored to provide reference.
