摘要
活性氧(ROS)与肿瘤的发生、发展与凋亡密切相关。与正常细胞相比,肿瘤细胞内ROS含量更高,不同浓度ROS对肿瘤的发展具有不同作用。ROS不仅影响肿瘤的发生与发展,而且在肿瘤的治疗中也起到关键作用。本文介绍了ROS的产生、清除以及ROS与肿瘤的关系,对基于ROS调控的抗肿瘤药物进行了分类介绍,为抗肿瘤药物的设计提供参考。
Reactive oxygen species(ROS)are closely related to the occurrence,development and apoptosis of tumors.Compared with normal cells,ROS content in tumor cells is higher,and different concentrations of ROS have different effects on tumor development.ROS not only affects the occurrence and development of tumors,but also plays a key role in the treatment of tumors.This paper introduces the production and clearance of ROS and the relationship between ROS and tumor,and classifies the antitumor drugs based on ROS regulation,so as to provide reference for the design of antitumor drugs.
