腔内注射玻璃酸钠在膝骨关节炎患者中的应用

Application of intraluminal injection of sodium hyaluronate in patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的:分析腔内注射玻璃酸钠在膝骨关节炎患者中的应用价值。方法:选择80例膝骨关节炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予以倍他米松,观察组在其基础上腔内注射玻璃酸钠,疗程5周。比较两组治疗前后膝关节功能、疼痛程度及炎症因子水平。结果:治疗5周后,两组Lysholm评分均上升,视觉模拟评分(VAS)及血清肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平均下降,且观察组下降幅度较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:腔内注射玻璃酸钠可降低膝骨关节炎患者的炎症因子水平,减轻疼痛,促进膝关节功能改善。

Objective:To analyze the application value of intraluminal injection of sodium hyaluronate in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 40 cases each.The control group was treated with betamethasone and the observation group was treated by intraluminal injection of sodium hyaluronate besides betamethasone,and the treatment was lasted for 5 weeks.The knee function,pain degree and the levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Lysholm scores were increased,VAS scores and serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a),matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were decreased in both groups after 5 weeks of treatment,and the degree of decline was more significant in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intraluminal injection of sodium hyaluronate can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,relieve pain and improve knee joint function for the patients with knee osteoarthritis.
