曲唑酮对阿尔茨海默病患者睡眠障碍改善的效果分析

Effect of trazodone on the improvement of sleep disorder in patients with Alzheimer’s disease

目的:分析曲唑酮对阿尔茨海默病障碍患者睡眠状态改善的效果。方法:将76例阿尔茨海默病伴睡眠障碍患者采用随机数字表划分成观察组(n=38,曲唑酮治疗)和对照组(n=38,阿普唑仑治疗),对比两组治疗前后HAMA、HAMD及PSQI评分,不良反应发生率以及患者治疗满意度。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组HAMA、HAMD及PSQI评分均优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,治疗满意度高于对照组患者(均P<0.05)。结论:曲唑酮对阿尔茨海默病伴睡眠障碍患者有良好的睡眠状态改善效果,降低了患者的不良反应发生率,使患者有满意的治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the effect of trazodone on the improvement of sleep status in patients with Alzheimer’s disease disorder.Methods:Seventy-six patients with Alzheimer’s disease and sleep disorder were randomly divided into an observation group(n=38,treated with trazodone)and a control group(n=38,treated with alprazolam).The scores of HAMA,HAMD and PSQI,the incidence of adverse reactions and the patient satisfaction with treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The scores of HAMA,HAMD and PSQI were better,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower,and the treatment satisfaction was higher in the observation group than the control group three months after treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Trazodone can improve the sleep state of Alzheimer’s disease patients with sleep disorder,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and make the patients have satisfactory therapeutic effects.
