布地奈德雾化吸入治疗对急性喉炎患儿免疫功能及炎性因子的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation on Immune Function and Inflammatory Factors in Children with Acute Laryngitis

摘要 目的:探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗对急性喉炎患儿免疫功能及炎性因子的影响效果。方法:选取南京医科大学附属苏州科技城医院2018年1月—2020年1月收治的150例急性喉炎患儿,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各75例。对照组给予抗病毒、抗感染治疗等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后免疫功能、炎性因子及不良反应。结果:治疗后观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.871,P<0.05)。观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、IL-10及不良反应总发生率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.450,P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德治疗儿童急性喉炎效果显著,对免疫功能影响较小,缓解炎症反应,不良反应较轻。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Budesonide aerosol inhalation on immune function and inflammatory factors in children with acute laryngitis.Methods:150 children with acute laryngitis in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given antiviral,anti infection treatment and other conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with budesonide atomization inhalation on this basis.The clinical efficacy,immune function,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10,CRP were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.871,P<0.05).There were no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),IL-10 and adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(χ^(2)=1.450,P>0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide in the treatment of children with acute laryngitis has significant effect,has little effect on immune function,relieves inflammatory reaction and has mild adverse reactions.
