佳木斯市学龄儿童注意缺陷多动障碍流行病学调查研究

Epidemiological Investigation of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in School-age Children in Jiamusi

目的:了解佳木斯市6~14岁儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的患病情况。方法:采取分阶段整群抽样的方法,选取佳木斯市区10所小学,每个年级随机抽取1个班,一共入组了1832人。结果:总检出患病人数为113人,整体发病率为6.168%。其中男生947人,检出患者76人,发病率为8.0%;女生885人,检出患者37人,发病率为4.1%。男患女患比值为2.05∶1。其中6岁儿童患病率为4.7%,男性患病率6.3%,女性患病率为2.9%;7岁儿童患病率为5.6%,男性患病率6.9%,女性患病率为4.2%;8岁儿童患病率为8.5%,男性患病率10.9%,女性患病率为6.2%;9岁儿童患病率为11.6%,男性患病率15.5%,女性患病率为7.1%;10岁儿童患病率为6.7%,男性患病率8.4%,女性患病率为4.8%;11岁儿童患病率为5.9%,男性患病率7.4%,女性患病率为4.2%;12岁儿童患病率为4.7%,男性患病率5.9%,女性患病率为3.5%;13岁儿童患病率为3.8%,男性患病率4.5%,女性患病率为3.9%;14岁儿童患病率为2.6%,男性患病率5.3%,女性患病率为0%。结论:佳木斯地区学龄儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的发病水平与全国水平基本一致,男生发病率明显高于女生,9岁儿童患病率最高。

Objective:To understand the prevalence of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children aged 6-14 years in Jiamusi,and to provide clues and basis for prevention and intervention.Methods:A cluster sampling method was adopted to select10 primary schools in Jiamusi urban area,and 1 class was randomly selected for each grade,and a total of 1832 students were enrolled.Results:The total number of patients detected was 113,and the overall incidence rate was 6.168%.Among them,there were 947 males,76 detected patients,with an incidence rate of 8.0%,885 females,and 37 detected patients,with an incidence rate of 4.1%.The male-to-female ratio was 2.05∶1.Among them,the prevalence rate of 6-year-old children was 4.7%,the prevalence rate of male was 6.3%,and the prevalence rate of female was 2.9%.The prevalence of 7-year-old children was 5.6%,the prevalence rate of male was 6.9%,and the prevalence rate of female was 4.2%.The prevalence rate of 8-year-old children was8.5%,the prevalence rate of male was 10.9%,and the prevalence rate of female was 6.2%.The prevalence of 9-year-old children was 11.6%,the prevalence rate of male was 15.5%,and the prevalence rate of female was 7.1%.The prevalence rate of 10-yearold children was 6.7%,male prevalence rate was 8.4%,and female prevalence rate was 4.8%.The prevalence rate of 11-year-old children was 5.9%,of which the male prevalence rate was 7.4%,the female prevalence rate was 4.2%.The 12-year-old children prevalence rate was 4.7%,among which the male prevalence rate was 5.9%,the female prevalence rate was 3.5%.The prevalence rate of 13-year-old children was 3.8%,male prevalence rate was 4.5%,and female prevalence rate was 3.9%.The prevalence rate of 14-year-old children was 2.6%,male prevalence rate was 5.3%,and female prevalence rate was 0%.Conclusion:The incidence of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in school-age children in Jiamusi is basically the same as the national level.The incidence of boys is significantly higher than that of girls,and the incidence of 9-year-old children is the highest.
