护理干预在脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者中的应用

Application of Nursing Intervention in Patients with Spinal Fracture and Spinal Cord Injury

目的:研究护理干预在脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者中的应用。方法:选取2018年8月—2020年8月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的128例脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者作为研究对象,按奇偶数法分为对照组和试验组,每组各64例。对照组行一般护理干预,试验组行综合护理干预,就并发症、各指标恢复情况、生活质量、疼痛程度及情绪波动作出观察。结果:试验组总并发症6.25%与对照组25.00%相比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.609,P<0.05)。试验组后凸Cobb角角度在护理后比对照组低,而伤椎后缘高度、伤椎前缘高度在护理后比对照组高,试验组患者疼痛程度评分较对照组明显降低,且日常生活质量与对照组相比较明显提高。试验组经护理后,其焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对应数值全部比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=9.896、8.661,P<0.05)。结论:针对脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者给予综合护理干预,干预效果显著,患者椎体结构会明显改善,疼痛感显著缓解,生活质量提升。

Objective:To study the application of nursing intervention in patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury.Methods:128 cases of spinal fracture with spinal cord injury in the hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected.They were grouped by the odd and even number method,with 64 cases in each group.The control group received general nursing,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing.Complications,recovery of each index,quality of life,pain degree and mood fluctuations were observed in the two groups.Results:The total complication rate in the experimental group was 6.252%,compared with 25.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.609,P<0.05).The kyphotic Cobb angle of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after nursing,while the height of the posterior edge of the injured vertebra and the anterior edge of the injured vertebra were higher than those of the control group after nursing.The quality was significantly improved compared to the control group.After nursing,the scores of anxiety self-rating scale and depression selfrating scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.896,8.661,P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention is given to patients with spinal fractures and spinal cord injury.The intervention effect is remarkable.The vertebral structure of the patients will be significantly improved,the pain will be significantly relieved,and the quality of life will be improved.
