量化评估策略下的护理模式对慢性支气管炎急性发作患者遵医行为的影响

Influence of Nursing Mode under Quantitative Evaluation Strategy on Medical Compliance Behavior of Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis

目的:探讨量化评估策略下的护理模式对慢性支气管炎急性发作患者遵医行为的影响。方法:选取2018年2月—2020年6月平顶山市第一人民医院收治的110例慢性支气管炎急性发作患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序不同分为对照组和研究组,每组各55例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用量化评估策略下的护理模式,比较两组患者干预前后自我效能感(GSES)、遵医行为及护理满意度。结果:干预后研究组GSES评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.682,P<0.05);研究组遵医率为94.54%,高于对照组的70.90%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.752,P<0.05);研究组护理满意度96.36%,高于对照组的81.81%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.986,P<0.05)。结论:量化评估策略下的护理模式可提升慢性支气管炎急性发作患者的自我效能感,改善其遵医行为,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing mode under the quantitative evaluation strategy on the compliance behavior of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.Methods:A total of 110 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group and research group according to the order of admission,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the study group was given the nursing mode under the quantitative evaluation strategy.The self-efficacy(GSES),medical compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the GSES score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.682,P<0.05).The compliance rate of the study group was 94.54%,which was higher than 70.90%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.752,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the research group was96.36%,which was higher than 81.81%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.986,P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing model under the quantitative evaluation strategy can enhance the self-efficacy of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis,improve their medical compliance behavior,and improve nursing satisfaction.
