摘要
为提升车床的静动态特性,提出一种新的筋板设计方法。该方法结合了拓扑优化以及尺寸优化,以变密度拓扑优化方法为基础,构建工作台模型;按照建立的优化模型,对筋板结构、布局进行全面规划设计;对新设计结构进行仿真和试验。结果表明:工作台底座的1阶固有频率提高了7.59%,质量减少了8.73%;前3阶固有频率增加了约8%,验证了该筋板设计方法的有效性。
A stiffener design method for worktable stiffeners combining topology optimization and size optimization was proposed to improve the machine tool static and dynamic performances. Based on the variable density topology optimization method, a worktable model was constructed;according to the established optimization model, the structure and layout of the stiffeners were planned and designed comprehensively;the designed structure was simulated and tested. The results show that the first-order natural frequency of the workable base increases by 7.59% and its mass decreases by 8.73%;the natural frequencies of the former three orders increase about 8%, which verifies the effectiveness of the design method.
