摘要 为改善EHA叉车举升系统的动态特性,建立系统的电机和液压部分数学模型。针对传统PID控制系统参数调整困难、超调量大、响应速度慢等问题,将改进PSO优化算法与PID控制器相结合,提出一种PSO-PID控制器。通过MATLAB/Simulink搭建整个系统的仿真模型,对比分析采用传统PID控制与PSO-PID控制的系统的动态性能,结果表明:基于PSO-PID控制的系统,其超调量明显降低,系统的响应速度、控制精度和位移跟踪性能都得到显著提高。 In order to improve the dynamic characteristics of the EHA forklift lifting system, a mathematical model of the motor and hydraulic parts of the system was established. In view of the difficulty of adjusting the system parameters of traditional PID control, large overshoot and slow response speed, the improved PSO optimization algorithm was combined with the PID controller, and a PSO-PID controller was proposed. A simulation model of the entire system was built through MATLAB/Simulink. The comparative analysis of the dynamic performance of the system using traditional PID control and PSO-PID control shows that the system based on PSO-PID control has significantly reduced overshoot, and the response speed, control accuracy and displacement tracking performance of the system have been significantly improved.
