摘要
介绍了近几年来半自磨工艺在国内外选矿厂中的应用现状,阐述了半自磨机筒体衬板几何结构和材质的新发展,以及关键结构部件如电机、传动装置、支撑轴承等在选矿生产实践中的应用,并对半自磨机在选矿领域的发展方向提出了建议。
This paper presents the status of application of semi-autogenous grinding technology in domestic and foreign beneficiation plants in recent years and describes the novel design of geometrical structure and material of the shell liners of semi-autogenous mill as well as the use of key structural components of mill such as motor,driving units and supporting bearing in beneficiation practice.Some suggestions on the development trend of semi-autogenous mill in mineral processing field were also proposed.
