摘要
企业的管理创新指的就是对企业的管理理念、管理方法、管理思想、管理工具、管理模式进行推陈出新,它是企业面对激烈的市场竞争而提升自我核心竞争力的重要手段,也是企业内部变革与发展的重要动力。当前企业在管理创新方面存在管理理念保守滞后、管理组织僵化、管理创新人才不足、管理流程不够优化和创新环境不佳等问题。论文就上述问题,从更新管理理念、优化管理组织、理顺管理流程等多个角度全方位地提升企业的管理创新水平,以期为企业的管理创新与未来发展开辟出更佳的路径。
Enterprise management innovation refers to the innovation of management concept,management method,management thought,management tools and management mode of enterprises.It is an important means for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness in the face of fierce market competition,and also an important driving force for enterprise internal reform and development.At present,there are some problems existing in management innovation in enterprises,such as conservative and backward management idea,rigid management organization,shortage of management innovation talents,insufficient optimization of management process and poor innovation environment.In view of the above problems,the paper comprehensively improves the level of enterprise management innovation from the angle of upgrading management concept,optimizing management organization and straightening out the management process,so as to open up a better path for the enterprise's management innovation and future development.
