随着社会的不断发展,我国企业发展水平也得到了提高。在企业发展阶段的投融资问题一直以来是企业关注的一项重点内容。由于投融资涉及的内容较多,在该项工作开展时难免会受到各种因素的影响,导致风险问题频繁出现,给企业的发展造成阻碍。因此,为提高企业投融资的风险控制水平,推进企业的不断发展,论文在阐述企业投融资相关概念的同时,对投融资风险管理控制的意义进行了探讨,随后在分析企业投融资风险问题的同时,对控制企业投融资风险的措施进行了研究,以供参考。

With the continuous development of society,the development level of enterprises in China has also been improved.Investment and financing problem in the stage of enterprise development has always been a focus of enterprise attention.Because the investment and financing involves a lot of content,it is inevitable to be affected by various factors when the work is carried out,resulting in frequent risk problems and obstacles to the development of enterprises.Therefore,in order to improve the risk control level of enterprise investment and financing,and then promote the continuous development of enterprises,this paper expounds the concept of enterprise investment and financing,and discusses the significance of investment and financing risk management and control.Then,while analyzing the problems of enterprise investment and financing risk,it studies the measures of controlling the risks of enterprise investment and financing,for reference.
