摘要 自然资源调查逐步趋于一体化是国土空间规划和生态保护的必然要求,现阶段,我国多项自然资源调查业务仍处于分头调查的局面,不利于后续自然资源一体化保护工作的开展,基于地理信息数据建立自然资源调查系统十分必要。文章以某市自然资源调查模式为主要研究对象,根据用户对自然资源调查系统的需求,设计开发基于地理信息系统的自然资源调查系统。系统以移动GIS、WebGIS为基础,结合国产卫星遥感影像、无人机航空摄影测量以及GNSS技术获取调查数据,建立多源地理信息的自然资源调查技术体系,为自然资源一体化调查提供参考。 Natural resources survey is gradually becoming integrated, which is an inevitable requirement of land spatial planning and ecological protection. At present, many natural resources survey businesses in China are still in the situation of separate survey, which is not conducive to the development of the follow-up integrated natural resources protection. It is very necessary to establish a natural resources survey system based on geographic information data. The paper taking the natural resources survey mode of a city as the main research object, according to the user’s demand for the natural resources survey system, the natural resources survey system based on GIS is designed and developed. The system based on mobile GIS and WebGIS, combined with domestic satellite remote sensing images, UAV aerial photogrammetry and GNSS technology to obtain survey data, a multi-source geographic information technology system of natural resources survey is established to provide reference for the integrated survey of natural resources.
