摘要 车多路少已成为当下亟须解决的重要交通管理、城市管理和社会管理问题。文章设计的通用重型车辆管理服务平台,构建了一个以标签化数据融合共享、模型化数据分析、可视化研判分析、精准化推送服务等智慧管控为特征的智能平台,依托这个平台可以实现具备"大数据"分析应用功能的"一站式"管理,有效解决管理薄弱、政府部门间数据联动性差和群众手续办理繁杂等多方面问题,达到紧盯重点区域、重点企业、重点车辆和重点人员的目的。全方位实施重型运输车辆监管,全力打造南通市开发区各政府部门联动管理的最强"重器",全面服务建成"平安开发区"的最终目标。 Contradiction between car and road has become an important traffic management, urban management and social management problem that needs to be solved urgently. The general heavy-duty vehicle management platform designed in the paper, constructed an intelligent platform characterized by intelligent management and control such as labelled data fusion and sharing, model data analysis, visualized research and judgment analysis, and precise push services.Relying on this platform, which can achieve "one-stop" management of the data analysis effectively that can solve many problems such as weak management, poor data linkage between government departments, and complicated procedures for the masses. So as to achieve the purpose of effective management of key areas, key enterprises, key vehicles and key personnel. By implement the platform, we can supervise heavy transport vehicles in an all-round way, and strive to build the strongest tool for the linkage management of various government departments in Nantong, and comprehensively serve the ultimate goal of building a "safe development area".
