So as to achieve the purpose of effective management of key areas, key enterprises, key vehicles and key personnel. By implement the platform, we can supervise heavy transport vehicles in an all-round way, and strive to build the strongest tool for the linkage management of various government departments in Nantong, and comprehensively serve the ultimate goal of building a "safe development area".
