中国政府卫生支出行为影响因素实证分析

AN EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS ON THE INFLUENCING FACTORS OF CHINESE GOVERNMENT HEALTH EXPENDITURE

我国政府始终高度重视人民健康,坚持在提供基本医疗卫生服务方面发挥主导作用。通过对影响政府卫生支出行为的相关经济指标进行识别和选取,构建关于我国政府卫生支出行为的多元线性回归模型,以在制定相关卫生政策时向政府提供一定支撑。结果表明,人均GDP水平、人均卫生费用、城镇人口比例等因素均对政府卫生支出行为产生了影响,其中城镇人口比例呈负相关影响。

China prioritizes people’s health and insists that the government plays a leading role in providing basic medical and health services.Through the identification and selection of relevant economic indicators that affect government health expenditure behavior,this paper constructs a multiple linear regression model on government health expenditure behavior in China,and provides a certain reference for government departments to formulate related health policies.The results show that factors such as per capita GDP level,per capita health expenditure,and urban population ratio all have an impact on government health expenditure behavior,and the urban population ratio has a negative correlation.
