新媒体日新月异的发展为高校辅导员思想政治教育和价值引领工作的创新和改进提供了更大可能。通过阐释辅导员价值引领工作的内涵,着重分析新媒体为辅导员工作带来的机遇和挑战,在此基础上提出相关优化策略,进而推动网络育人,引领青年学生成长成才。

With the new media changing fast,it is more possible to innovate and improve the ideological and political education and value guidance work of counselors.The paper indicates the connotation of counselors’value guidance work,focuses on analyzing the opportunities and challenges brought by new media to counselors and pushes forward further optimum strategy on the basis of that to promote the theory of Internet educating people and to guide young students to grow up successfully.
