摘要
目的:探讨早期肺癌临床诊断中应用低剂量螺旋CT扫描的影像特征及诊断价值。方法:选择2018年4月—2020年4月漯河市中医院收治的早期肺癌患者80例作为资料,均行低剂量螺旋CT扫描和常规剂量螺旋CT扫描,比较检出率及影像特征。结果:低剂量CT肺癌检出率95.00%与常规剂量98.75%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.85,P>0.05)。低剂量CT辐射剂量显著低于常规剂量CT(t=31.00,P<0.05)。低剂量肺癌分叶、毛刺、空洞及钙化等显示率23.75%、27.50%、16.25%、20.00%与常规剂量25.00%、30.00%、17.50%、21.25%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.03,0.12,0.04,0.03,P>0.05)。结论:针对早期肺癌采取低剂量螺旋CT扫描诊断可减少有效放射剂量,清楚显示肺癌典型影像,检出率高,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the imaging features and diagnostic value of low-dose spiral CT scanning in the clinical diagnosis of early lung cancer.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2020,80 patients with early-stage lung cancer admitted to the hospital were selected as data.All patients underwent low-dose spiral CT scan and conventional-dose spiral CT scan.The detection rate and imaging characteristics were compared.Results:The detection rate of low-dose CT lung cancer was 95.00%and the conventional dose was 98.75%,the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).The radiation dose of low-dose CT was significantly lower than that of conventional-dose CT(t=31.00,P>0.05).Low-dose lung cancer showed lobes,burrs,cavities,and calcifications at 23.75%,27.50%,16.25%,and 20.00%.Compared with 25.00%,30.00%,17.50%,and 21.25%of the conventional doses,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose spiral CT scan diagnosis for early lung cancer can reduce the effective radiation dose,clearly show the typical images of lung cancer,and the detection rate is high,which is worthy of promotion.
