基于聚焦解决模式的放松训练干预在肝癌射频消融术围术期护理中的应用效果评估

Evaluation of the Application Effect of Relaxation Training Intervention Based on the Focused Solution Model in the Perioperative Nursing of Radiofrequency Ablation of Liver Cancer

目的:探讨基于聚焦解决模式的放松训练干预在肝癌射频消融术(RFA)围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3—11月南阳市第一人民医院收治的88例肝癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字分组法分为观察组和对照组,每组各44例。观察组采用基于聚焦解决模式的放松训练干预护理方式,对照组采用放松训练干预护理方式,比较两组患者心理状态评分、自我管理能力评分及生存质量评分的变化。结果:观察组出院时及出院14 d后心理状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.549、3.644,P<0.05)。观察组出院时及出院14 d后自我管理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.676、2.612,P<0.05)。观察组出院时及出院14 d后生存质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.517、3.200,P<0.05)。结论:基于聚焦解决模式的放松训练干预对于肝癌RFA围术期护理,可以有效缓解患者术前及术后的不良心理状态,对于患者自我管理能力及生存质量有明显提高,值得临床借鉴与推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of relaxation training intervention based on solution focused model in perioperative nursing of radiofrequency ablation(RFA)for liver cancer.Methods:88 patients with liver cancer in the hospital from March 2020 to November 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given relaxation training intervention nursing based on solution focused model,while the control group was given relaxation training intervention nursing.The changes of psychological state score,self-management ability score and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results:The mental state score of the observation group at discharge and 14 d after discharge were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.549,3.644,P<0.05).The self-management ability scores of the observation group at discharge and 14 d after discharge were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.676,2.612,P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group at discharge and 14 d after discharge were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.517,3.200,P<0.05).Conclusion:Relaxation training intervention based on the focused solution model can effectively alleviate the poor mental state of patients before and after the operation of RFA for liver cancer perioperative care,and significantly improve the patient’s self-management ability and quality of life.It is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
