互动健康教育护理干预对小儿肺炎的应用效果及护理满意度的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Interactive Health Education and Nursing Intervention on Children with Pneumonia and Nursing Satisfaction

目的:探讨互动健康教育护理干预对小儿肺炎的应用效果及护理满意度的影响。方法:选择2018年12月—2020年6月期间焦作市第二人民医院收治的236例小儿肺炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各118例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施互动健康教育护理干预。比较两组症状消失时间、住院时间、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间分别为(4.23±2.84)d、(5.29±0.89)d、(6.27±2.11)d,短于对照组的(5.61±2.02)d、(6.63±1.17)d、(9.34±2.85)d。观察组护理满意度为93.22%,高于对照组的77.12%。观察组并发症发生率为3.39%,低于对照组的12.71%。结论:互动健康教育护理干预能够减少小儿肺炎患儿并发症,促进其临床症状尽快恢复,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of interactive health education and nursing intervention on pediatric pneumonia and nursing satisfaction.Methods:236 children with pneumonia in the hospital from December 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 118 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received interactive health education nursing intervention.The symptom disappearance time,hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The fever abatement time,pulmonary rales disappearance time and hospitalization time of the observation group were(4.23±2.84)d,(5.29±0.89)d,(6.27±2.11)d,which were shorter than(5.61±2.02)d,(6.63±1.17)d,(9.34±2.85)d of the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.22%,higher than 77.12%of the control group.The incidence of complications was 3.39%,which was lower than 12.71%of the control group.Conclusion:Interactive health education and nursing intervention can reduce the complications of children with pneumonia,promote the recovery of clinical symptoms as soon as possible,shorten the hospitalization time,and improve nursing satisfaction.
