沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对射血分数降低心力衰竭患者心肌损伤及心脏重构的改善效果

Improvement effects of sacubitril valsartan sodium on myocardial injury and cardiac remodeling in heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction

目的观察沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗射血分数降低心力衰竭(HFrEF)的临床效果。方法将400例HFrEF患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各200例。对照组予以标准抗心力衰竭方案+马来酸依那普利治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的NT-proBNP、cTnI、cTnT水平低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,LVEDD、LVPWT小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的IL-6、IFN-γ、MMP-9水平低于对照组,KCCQ评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗HFrEF,可显著改善心肌损伤,逆转心脏重构,减轻炎症反应,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction(HFrEF).Methods Four hundred patients with HFrEF were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 200 cases in each group.The control group was treated with standard anti-heart failure regimen+enalapril maleate,and the observation group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of NT-proBNP,cTnI and cTnT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,LVEF was higher than that in the control group,and LVEDD and LVPWT were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IFN-γand MMP-9 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while KCCQ score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of HFrEF can significantly ameliorate myocardial injury,reverse cardiac remodeling,reduce inflammatory response and improve the quality of life of patients.
