自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗面部凹陷畸形的效果及安全性

Effect and safety of autologous fat granule transplantation in the treatment of facial depression deformity

目的探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗面部凹陷畸形的效果及安全性。方法回顾性选取2018年10月至2020年10月本院收治的100例面部凹陷畸形患者,依据移植治疗方法将其分为硅胶移植治疗组、自体脂肪颗粒组,各50例。硅胶移植治疗组采用硅胶移植治疗,自体脂肪颗粒组采用自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、并发症发生情况及外观满意度。结果自体脂肪颗粒组患者的治疗总有效率为94.00%(47/50),显著高于硅胶移植治疗组的80.00%(40/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。自体脂肪颗粒组患者的并发症总发生率为6.00%(3/50),显著低于硅胶移植治疗组的76.00%(38/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。自体脂肪颗粒组患者的外观满意度评分及外观满意度均显著高于硅胶移植治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗面部凹陷畸形的效果及安全性均较硅胶移植治疗好,且患者的外观满意度高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect and safety of autologous fat granule transplantation in the treatment of facial depression deformity.Methods A total of 100 patients with facial depression deformity admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected retrospectively.According to the method of transplantation,the patients were divided into silicone transplantation treatment group and autologous fat granule group,with 50 cases in each group.The silicone transplantation treatment group were treated with silicone transplantation,the autologous fat granule group were treated with autologous fat granule transplantation.The clinical efficacy,complications and appearance satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the autologous fat granule group was 94.00%(47/50),which was significantly higher than 80.00%(40/50)of the silicone transplantation treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of the autologous fat granule group was 6.00%(3/50),which was significantly lower than 76.00%(38/50)of the silicone transplantation treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The appearance satisfaction score and appearance satisfaction of patients in the autologous fat granule group were significantly higher than those in the silicone transplantation treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect and safety of autologous fat granule transplantation in the treatment of facial depression deformity are better than those of silicone transplantation,and the appearance satisfaction of patients is higher,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
