六味地黄丸加减联合二甲双胍治疗肾阴亏虚型老年2型 糖尿病的临床效果

Clinical effect of modified Liuwei Dihuang pill combined with metformin in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetes of kidney Yin deficiency type

目的探究六味地黄丸加减联合二甲双胍治疗肾阴亏虚型老年2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取2017年11月至2020年11月收治的80例肾阴亏虚型老年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,试验组给予六味地黄丸加减联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血糖指标、血脂水平、中医症状积分及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的82.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的FPG、2 h PG水平及HbA1c均较治疗前降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的TC、TG、LDL-C水平均较治疗前降低,HDL-C水平均较治疗前升高,且试验组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的尿频量多、腰膝酸软、多食易饥、口干唇燥、倦怠乏力积分均较治疗前降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肾阴亏虚型老年2型糖尿病患者给予六味地黄丸加减联合二甲双胍治疗的临床效果显著,可更好地改善血糖、血脂水平,减轻患者的疾病症状,安全性高,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Liuwei Dihuang pill combined with metformin in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetes of kidney Yin deficiency type.Methods A total of 80 patients with senile type 2 diabetes of kidney Yin deficiency type admitted from November 2017 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the experimental group was treated with modified Liuwei Dihuang pill combined with metformin.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose indexes,blood lipid levels,TCM symptom score and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was 97.50%,which was higher than 82.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FPG,2 h PG levels and HbA1c in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the level of HDL-C was higher than that before treatment,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of frequent micturition,sore waist and knees,easy hunger,dry mouth and lips,fatigue and fatigue in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The patients with senile type 2 diabetes of kidney Yin deficiency type treated with modified Liuwei Dihuang pill combined with metformin has a significant clinical effect,which can better improve the blood glucose and blood lipid levels and relieve the disease symptoms of patients and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application and promition.
