疼痛评分量表在泌尿系肿瘤患者护理中的应用效果

Application effect of pain score scale in nursing of patients with urinary tumor

目的探究疼痛评分量表在泌尿系肿瘤患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月至2020年1月收治的60例泌尿系肿瘤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在护理中应用疼痛评分量表干预。比较两组患者的疼痛、焦虑、抑郁程度、生活质量及护理满意度。结果干预后,两组的NRS、SAS、SDS评分均较干预前降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的社会功能、认知功能、情绪功能、角色功能、躯体功能评分均较干预前升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的护理总满意度为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疼痛评分量表应用于泌尿系肿瘤患者护理中,可更好指导患者接受针对性的疼痛护理干预,减轻其疼痛程度、不良心理状态,提高生活质量以及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of pain score scale in nursing of patients with urinary tumor.Methods A total of 60 patients with urinary tumor admitted from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given pain score scale intervention in the nursing.The pain,anxiety,depression,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of NRS,SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of social function,cognitive function,emotional function,role function and physical function in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 90.00%,which was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pain score scale in the nursing of patients with urinary tumor can better guide patients to receive targeted pain nursing intervention,reduce pain degree and adverse psychological state,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
