农户水稻种植的现状与问题分析——基于安徽省沿淮三县的典型调查

Analysis on the Prensent Situation and Problems of Farmers’Rice Planting——Based on the Typical Survey of Three Counties along Huaihe River in Anhui Province

安徽是农业大省,也是我国的水稻优势产区,水稻种植面积居全国前列。为全面了解安徽省水稻生产现状,促进安徽省粮食生产发展,对安徽沿淮三县水稻种植户种植水稻的成本收益状况等进行了调查。调查结果显示,安徽沿淮三县水稻生产总成本约为15 893元/hm^(2),单位面积获得的净利润为5 439元/hm^(2)。针对农户在农业生产和水稻种植过程中的生产成本、市场销售、水利基础设施、种植技术、农业补贴等问题进行了考察和分析,提出了相应的对策和建议,以期促进我国粮食生产发展和农民增收。

Anhui Province is not only a major agricultural province, but also a dominant rice production area in China, and the rice planting area of which is in the forefront of the country.In order to fully understand the current situation of rice production in Anhui Province and promote the development of grain production, the cost-benefit status of rice farmers’ rice planting in three counties along the Huaihe River in Anhui Province was invested by a typical micro survey.The investigation result showed that the total cost of rice production in the three counties along the Huaihe River in Anhui was about 15 893 yuan/hm^(2),and the net profit per unit area was 5 439 yuan/hm^(2).The production costs, market sales, water conservancy infrastructure, planting technology, agricultural subsidies of the farmers in the process of agricultural production and rice planting were investigated and analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward with a view to promote the development of grain production and increasing farmers’ income.
