人工弓状线切开技术在TEP治疗低位弓状线患者中的应用效果及对并发症的影响

摘要 目的 探究人工弓状线切开技术在TEP治疗低位弓状线患者中的应用效果及对并发症的影响。方法 选取2018年7月至2020年7月于广东医科大学茶山医院行TEP治疗的低位弓状线腹股沟疝患者52例,随机将其分为两组,研究组与对照组,每组各26例。对照组采用常规手术方式,研究组采用人工弓状线切开技术,比对两组手术时间、手术难易程度及疼痛程度、并发症情况、生活质量评分。结果 研究组手术时间、疼痛评分、术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术难易程度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后生活质量总分分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TEP治疗低位弓状线腹股沟疝患者采用人工弓状线切开技术,相比常规术式手术时间短,术后疼痛低,患者不易产生并发症,利于预后生活质量的改善。 Objective To explore effect of artificial arcuate line incision in TEP in treatment of patients with low arcuate line and its impact on complications.Methods The paper chose 52 cases low arcuate inguinal hernia patients treated by TEP in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020,and divided them into two groups randomly,study group and control group,with 26 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine operation,and study group with artificial arcuate line incision.Operation time,operation difficulty and pain,complications and life quality scores were compared between two groups.Results Operation time,pain scores and incidence of postoperative complications in study group were lower than control group (P<0.05);scores of operation difficulty in study group were higher than control group (P<0.05);total scores of postoperative life quality in study group were higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Artificial arcuate incision technique has shorter operation time,lower postoperative pain,less complications in treatment of low arcuate inguinal hernia by TEP,which is conducive to improvement of prognosis and life quality,worthy of clinical promotion.
