氢氧化钙作活髓保存材料与IRoot BP Plus活髓保存材料在恒牙活髓切断术治疗患儿中的效果对比

Curative Effect Comparison of Calcium Hydroxide and Iroot Bp Plus As Living Pulp Preservation Material in Treatment of Children with Permanent Tooth Pulpotomy

目的 分析对比氢氧化钙作活髓保存材料与IRoot BP Plus活髓保存材料在恒牙活髓切断术治疗患者中的效果。方法 选取重庆三峡医药高等专科学校附属医院2018年4月至2019年8月收治的80例深龋露髓患者;经随机数字表法分成对照组与实验组,各40例。对照组开展年轻恒牙活髓切断术治疗采用的活髓保存材料选择氢氧化钙,实验组开展年轻恒牙活髓切断术治疗采用的活髓保存材料选择IRoot BP Plus,对比分析治疗效果。结果 实验组术后3个月、术后6个月、术后12个月的治疗成功率(97.5%、97.5%、97.5%)明显高于对照组(75.0%、72.5%、65.0%)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组术后12个月美观度评分、舒适功能、固定功能高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在开展恒牙活髓切断术时,选择IRoot BP Plus作为活髓保存材料能让治疗效果明显提高,具有较高的远期成功率,可改善患者的固定功能、舒适功能、美观度评分,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze and compare effect of calcium hydroxide and Iroot BP Plus as pulp preservation material in treatment of patients with permanent tooth pulpotomy.Methods The paper chose 80 cases deep caries and exposed pulp patients treated in our hospital from April 2018 to August 2019,and divided them into control group and experimental group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with young pulpotomy of permanent teeth surgery with living pulp preservation material of calcium hydroxide,experimental group with same surgery with living pulp preservation material of Iroot BP Plus.Curative effect was compared and analyzed between two groups.Results Treatment success rates of 3 months,6 months and 12 months in experimental group (97.5%,97.5% and 97.5%) were significantly higher than control group (75.0%,72.5% and 65.0%) (P<0.05).Aesthetic scores,comfort function and fixation function of experimental group 12 months after operation were higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion During vital pulpotomy of permanent teeth,Iroot BP plus as living pulp preservation material can improve treatment effect significantly,with high long-term success rate,improve fixation function,comfort function and aesthetics scores of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
