不孕症经阴道四维超声输卵管造影诊断的准确性调查及逆流的相关因素分析

Accuracy of Transvaginal Four-Dimensional Ultrasound Salpingography in Diagnosis of Infertility and Related Factors Analysis of Reflux

目的 调查不孕症经阴道四维超声输卵管造影诊断的准确性,并分析逆流的相关因素。方法 回顾2018年1月至2020年5月江门市人民医院诊断的不孕症患者131例,作为研究对象。均行经阴道四维超声输卵管造影诊断,分析诊断准确性,后分析造影剂逆流的相关因素。结果 本研究诊断结果:输卵管通畅3例、输卵管通而不畅33例、双侧输卵管堵塞14例、单侧堵塞74例,诊断准确率124/131(94.66%);不孕类型、内膜厚度及输卵管通畅程度为不孕症患者造影剂逆流的相关因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妇科诊断不孕症采用经阴道四维超声输卵管造影,准确率较高,且经过调查不孕类型、内膜厚度及输卵管通畅程度为不孕症患者造影剂逆流的相关因素。

Objective To investigate accuracy of transvaginal four-dimensional ultrasound salpingography in diagnosis of infertility and analyze related factors of reflux.Methods The paper chose 131 cases infertility patients diagnosed by transvaginal four-dimensional ultrasound salpingography in our hospital from January 2018 to may 2020 as research object,analyzed diagnostic accuracy and related factors of contrast medium reflux.Results Diagnostic results of the study:3 cases of tubal patency,33 cases of tubal patency,14 cases of bilateral tubal obstruction and 74 cases of unilateral obstruction.Diagnostic accuracy was 124/131 (94.66%);infertility type,intimal thickness and tubal patency were related factors of contrast medium reflux in infertile patients (P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal four-dimensional ultrasound salpingography can achieve high accuracy in gynecological diagnosis of infertility.After investigation,infertility type,intimal thickness and tubal patency are related factors of contrast medium reflux in infertile patients.
