参附注射液在急性心力衰竭治疗中的应用价值

Application value of Shenfu injection in the treatment of acute heart failure

目的探讨参附注射液在急性心力衰竭治疗中的应用价值。方法选择抚州市东乡区人民医院2019年1月—2020年8月进行治疗的46例急性心力衰竭患者纳入本次研究,按照随机数字表对照法分为2组,每组23例。对照组予贝那普利联合美托洛尔片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用参附注射液治疗,观察2组疗效、心功能、6 min步行试验结果、心率、血压、s NEP水平。结果观察组总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的69.57%,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗后LVEF、SV水平高于对照组,NT-pro BNP、Lee心力衰竭积分低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗后6 min步行试验长于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。2组干预后心率、收缩压、舒张压水平均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。2组干预后s NEP水平均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论参附注射液治疗急性心力衰竭效果较好,能够显著改善患者的疗效和心功能。

Objective To explore the application value of Shenfu Injection in the treatment of acute heart failure.Methods 46 patients treated in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were included in this study.According to the random number table control method,they were divided into two groups,with 23 cases in each group. Control group:benazepril combined with metoprolol tablets.Observation group:on the basis of the control group,Shenfu injection was used in combination.The curative effect,cardiac function and the results of 6-min walking test heart rate were observed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.65%,higher than 69.57% in the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had better improvement of cardiac function,the levels of LVEF and SV were higher than those before intervention and the control group,and the scores of NT pro BNP and Lee heart failure were lower than those before intervention and the control group(P<0.05);The results of 6-min walking test in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in heart rate and blood pressure between the observation group and the control group before intervention(P>0.05).The heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of observation group and control group were significantly lower than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenfu injection is effective in the treatment of acute heart failure and can improve the curative effect and cardiac function of patients.
