尿HA和TSGF联合检测在膀胱癌辅助诊断中的临床应用价值

Clinical value of combined detection of urinary HA and TSGF in auxiliary diagnosis of bladder cancer

目的探讨尿中透明质酶(HA)和恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)联合检测在膀胱癌辅助诊断中的临床应用价值。方法以膀胱癌患者29例、健康对照组29例为研究对象,收集中段尿标本,检测HA和TSGF浓度水平,并分析其单项及联合检测的AUC曲线面积、灵敏度和特异度。结果膀胱癌组尿HA和TSGF水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01);ROC曲线分析,HA的AUC为0.767、灵敏度79.3%、特异性72.4%;TSGF的AUC为0.744、灵敏度65.5%、特异性79.6%;HA和TSGF联合检测AUC为0.859、灵敏度86.2%、特异性75.9%;HA的诊断符合率为41.2%(12/29),TSGF的诊断符合率为58.6%(17/29),HA和TSGF两者联合检测的诊断符合率为72.4%(21/29)。结论HA和TSGF联合检测可提高膀胱癌的诊断率。

Objective To explore the clinical value of combined detection of urinary HA and TSGF in the auxiliary diagnosis of bladder cancer.Methods The midstream urine samples were collected from 29 patients with bladder cancer and 29 healthy controls.The levels of HA and TSGF were measured,and the AUC area curve,sensitivity and specificity were analyzed.Results The levels of urinary HA and TSGF in bladder cancer group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group(P<0.01.);ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of HA was 0.767,the sensitivity was 79.3%,the specificity was 72.4%,the AUC of TSGF was 0.744,the sensitivity was 65.5%,the specificity was 79.6%,the AUC of HA combined with TSGF detection was 0.859,the sensitivity was 86.2%,and the specificity was 75.9%.The diagnostic coincidence rate of HA was 41.2%(12/29),TSGF was 58.6%(17/29),HA and TSGF was 72.4%(21/29).Conclusion The combined detection of HA and TSGF can improve the detection rate of bladder cancer.
