吹胀型铝质均热板脉冲激光焊接工艺研究

摘要 吹胀型铝质均热板是当前5G基站散热方案的重要元件,其封口焊接工艺是其制造工艺中的重要一环。针对以厚度均为0.6mm的1060和3003铝合金薄板为基体的吹胀型铝质均热板,利用脉冲激光焊机进行封口焊接,研究了脉冲频率、焊接速度、脉冲宽度、峰值功率等因素对焊缝质量的影响。结果表明,提升脉冲频率、降低焊接速度、提高峰值功率和脉冲宽度均有利于增加熔深,但会使产生焊缝缺陷的概率增大。峰值功率在1kW至2kW范围内能得到稳定的焊接过程,通过增加脉冲宽度而不是峰值功率有利于以较低的脉冲能量获得较大的熔深。 Roll Bond Aluminum Vapor Chamber is an important component of the current 5G base station heat dissipation solution,and its sealing and welding process is an important part of its manufacturing process. The pulse laser welding technology was used to seal and weld the roll bond aluminum vapor chamber which was made of 3003 and 1060 aluminum alloy with a thickness of 0.6 mm and the effects of pulse frequency,welding speed,pulse width and peak power on the quality of weld seam were analyzed. The results show that Increasing the pulse frequency,reducing the welding speed,increasing the peak power and pulse width are all conducive to increasing the depth of the weld,but it will increase the probability of weld defects. When the peak power is in the range of 1 kW to 2 kW,a stable welding process can be obtained and a larger depth of the weld with a lower pulse energy can be obtained by increasing the pulse width instead of the peak power.
