响应面法的泡沫沥青发泡控制参数优化 被引量:3

摘要 沥青路面的翻修会产生大量的沥青废料,沥青路面再生技术是利用这些废料的主要途径,而泡沫沥青再生工艺在沥青路面再生过程中扮演了重要的角色。泡沫沥青的品质由泡沫沥青制备器的发泡过程控制参数决定,为优化发泡过程控制参数,引入响应面法。以沥青温度、油水比及水温为研究因素,以发泡腔出口平均速度、发泡腔平均密度为响应变量。采用Box-Behnken Design响应面法,通过Design-Expert软件设计试验后,将各组试验在Fluent软件中仿真,将得到仿真结果进行回归分析,建立出口平均速度、密度的响应面模型,最终求得优化结果。 The overhaul of the asphalt will produce large amounts of waste asphalt,asphalt pavement regeneration technology is the main way to use the waste,but the implementation of the technology need special foam asphalt preparation.Of foam asphalt preparation has been used in our country is dependent on imports,on the construction and maintenance of all to the abroad.Be badly in need of development with independent intellectual property rights,the transition of foam asphalt preparation,to break the foreign technology blockade and monopoly.For the research and development production of foam asphalt preparation,optimize the key parameters for preparing foam asphalt foaming,complete machine modeling at the same time.First to establish the response surface,predict foaming effect is best when key parameters combination,so as to achieve foam key parameters optimization.Then,based on ergonomics,preparation of foam asphalt machine modeling design,get the following conclusion.
