摘要
牙科手术朝着机器人精准医疗方向发展,有必要展开牙科高速切削研究。选择牙釉质切割和陶瓷切割这两种常见方式展开高速切削研究。所采用的长石基牙科陶瓷的力学性能与牙釉质的力学性能相近。建立了两种材料的切削基本力学性能换算关系,并进一步研究长石基牙科陶瓷高速切削的切削特征以及切削效率。实验结果表明,牙科陶瓷的切削力比牙釉质稳定,其切削力和扭矩随着进给速度的增大而增大,转速和比磨削能随着进给速度的增大而减小,切削速度随扭矩增大而近似线性下降。三层切槽比单层切槽和双层切槽具有更高的切削效率。所获得结果对口腔牙釉质切割和陶瓷切割手术具有一定的科学指导意义。
Dental surgery is developing towards the direction of robot precision medicine,so it is necessary to carry out dental high-speed cutting research. Two common cutting methods,enamel cutting and ceramic cutting,are selected for high-speed cutting. The mechanical properties of dental feldspar porcelain are similar to those of enamel. The basic mechanical properties conversion relations of the two materials were established and the cutting characteristics and cutting efficiency of the high-speed cutting of dental feldspar porcelain were further studied. The experimental results show that the cutting force of dental ceramics is more stable than that of enamel. The cutting force and torque increase with the increase of feed speed,the rotation speed and specific grinding energy decrease with the increase of feed speed,and the cutting speed decreases linearly with the increase of torque.Three-layer grooving have higher cutting efficiency than single-layer grooving and double-layer grooving. The results are of scientific significance for enamel cutting and ceramic cutting.
