多部件重要度系统机会维修策略的优化 被引量:2

摘要 为解决复杂系统维修成本昂贵的问题,这里引入机会维修系数和部件的Birnbaum重要度,首先计算出系统中各个部件的预防维修间隔期,以系统在一定运行周期内的成本最小化为目标,以机会维修系数与部件Birnbaum重要度的比值和系统的可用度满足一定要求为约束条件,建立以部件重要度为基础的串联系统机会维修优化模型。对所构建的模型进行算例分析,将系统优化前后的维修成本和可用度进行比较。通过对比显示,优先维修对于系统比较重要的部件,可以有效降低系统的维修成本并且提高其可用度。 This paper introduces the opportunity maintenance factor and theBirnbaum importance of components. Firstly,the preventive maintenance interval of each component in the system is calculated. The goal of minimizing the cost of the system in a certain operating cycle is to target the maintenance factor and the importance of the component Birnbaum. The ratio and the availability of the system meet certain requirements as constraints,and an opportunity maintaining optimization model of multicomponent series system based on importance is established. Use MATLAB for simulation analysis to solve the optimal opportunity maintenance plan for each component in a complex system. By comparison,priority is given to repairing components that are important to the system,which can effectively reduce the maintenance cost of the system and increase its availability.
