行星齿轮传动系统的降噪研究及参数优化 被引量:4

摘要 行星齿轮传动的振动和噪音影响着行星减速器的传动性能。以某型号渐开线行星减速机为研究对象,针对行星齿轮在传动过程中的振动噪音问题,利用Kisssoft软件分析相同工况下不同齿数组合下的行星齿轮传动系统的传动误差、齿面载荷分布以及接触斑点,通过分析得到的传动误差、齿面载荷分布以及接触斑点的优劣从而实现对行星轮系传动精度高低的判断,得到最优齿数。通过分析结果可知当行星减速机以行星架作为输入端,每对啮合的齿轮副之间满足齿数互质且太阳轮齿数不为行星轮数目的整数倍时,传动系统振动幅度和噪音明显降低。最后,通过对加工出的实体进行振动分析,证明该方法可行,该研究可为行星齿轮传动减振和降噪提供理论依据。 The vibration and noise of the planetary gear drive affect the transmission performance of the planetary reducer.In this paper,a certain type of involute planetary reducer is taken as the research object,for the vibration noise problem of the planetary gear during the transmission process,using Kisssoft to analyze the transmission error,tooth surface load distribution and contact spots of the planetary gear transmission system composed of sun gears,planetary gears and internal ring gears with different tooth counts under the same working conditions,through the analysis of the transmission error,the tooth surface load distribution and the contact spots,the accuracy of the planetary gear train transmission is judged. Through the analysis results,it can be seen that when the planetary reducer takes the carrier as the input end,and the number of teeth of each pair of meshed gear pairs is equal to each other and the number of sun gears is not an integral multiple of the number of planetary gears,the vibration amplitude and noise of the transmission system are significantly reduced.Finally,the vibration analysis of the processed body proves that the method is feasible. This research can provide a theoretical basis for the vibration reduction and noise reduction of the planetary gear transmission.
