领悟社会支持与自闭症儿童父母幸福感的关系--心理韧性的中介作用 被引量:1

摘要 采用领悟社会支持、心理韧性和总体幸福感量表,通过对120名自闭症谱系障碍儿童家长进行调查,探讨领悟社会支持和心理韧性对幸福感的作用。结果发现:1)领悟社会支持能够显著地正向预测总体幸福感;2)心理韧性在领悟社会支持和幸福感的关系中起中介作用。结合研究结果和实际工作,提出从保障正式支持、建构非正式支持以及培养心理韧性出发,提升自闭症谱系障碍儿童家长幸福感。 By using the scales of perceived social support,psychological resilience and general well-being,through the research on 120 parents of children with autism,this study explores the effect of perceived social support and psychological resilience on well-being.The results show that:1)perceived social support positively predicts general well-being;2)psychological resilience plays a mediating role between social support and general well-being.Combining the results with practical work,it is suggested to maintain official support,construct unofficial support and cultivate psychological resilience,so as to improve the happiness of parents of children with autism.
