超声诊断甲状腺腺瘤的诊断价值及临床作用探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究分析超声诊断甲状腺腺瘤的诊断价值及临床作用。方法 研究抽取90例入院治疗患者,时间为2020年4月-2021年4月,实施超声诊断甲状腺腺瘤,以病理结果进行检查,观察超声诊断结果。结果 90例患者超声诊断结果为:61例诊断为甲状腺良性肿瘤[7例(11.48%)结节性甲状腺肿、33例(54.10%)囊性病变、13例(21.31%)亚急性甲状腺炎、8例(13.11%)为甲状腺囊肿],诊断25例为甲状腺恶性肿瘤[18例(72.00%)为甲状腺癌、7例(28.00%)原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤],但病理结果显示为:52例甲状腺良性肿瘤,28例甲状腺恶性肿瘤,超声总诊断准确率为95.56%。25例恶性甲状腺肿瘤的周边、内部血流信号大部分内部体现呈条絮状、棒状,血流分布杂乱、粗大,小部分为枝条状。61例良性甲状腺肿瘤的内部及周边血流信号大部分为星点状或者是环状,且彩色多普勒超声检查内部、周边信号分布检出率较高,恶性肿瘤内部、周边Vamx及RI的差异大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),Vmin差异小,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 多普勒超声能够准确无侵入性地对甲状腺肿瘤进行诊断,增加了患者舒适性及结果准确及时性。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value and clinical effect of ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid adenoma.Methods In this study,90 cases of hospitalized patients were selected from April 2020 to April 2021.The ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid adenoma was carried out,and the results of ultrasound diagnosis were observed by pathological examination.Results The ultrasound diagnosis results of 90 patients were:61 cases were diagnosed as benign thyroid tumors[7 cases (11.48%) nodular goiter,33 cases (54.10%) cystic lesions,13 cases (21.31%) subacute thyroiditis,8 cases (13.11%) were thyroid cysts],25 cases were diagnosed as thyroid malignant tumors[18 cases (72.00%) were thyroid cancer,7 cases (28.00%) were primary thyroid lymphoma].However,the pathological results showed 52 cases of thyroid benign tumors and 28 cases of thyroid malignant tumors.The total diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound was 95.56%.The peripheral and internal blood flow signals of 25 cases of malignant thyroid tumors were mostly in the form of flocculent and rod-shaped blood flow.The distribution of blood flow was messy,thick,and a small part of it was branch-shaped.The internal and peripheral blood flow signals of 61 cases of benign thyroid tumors were mostly star-shaped or circular,and the detection rate of internal and peripheral signal distribution by color Doppler ultrasound was high.The difference of Vamx and RI inside and around malignant tumors is large,the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05),the difference of Vmin is small,the difference is not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Doppler ultrasound can accurately and noninvasively diagnose thyroid tumor,increase the comfort of patients and the accuracy and timeliness of results.
